Redwood Head to Head currently offers a range of foundation programmes which deliver quality training and qualifications to support young people in progressing to employment, further education or apprenticeships.

Our aim is to offer a complete service to young people to support them through their learning, into their chosen progression and beyond.

Foundation Learning

Redwood supports young people in improving their skills and qualifications in order to progress. Under Foundation Learning we support young people aged 16-19 from pre-GSCE level through to level 2. The qualifications we deliver under Foundation Learning can be found on our qualifications page.

ESF

Redwood's ESF programme supports young people aged 14-19 who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) and also those at risk of becoming NEET.
