Already in employment – sign up to an Apprenticeship

We actively promote apprenticeships for all ages seeing the mix of key skills, a technical certificate and an NVQ as a strong work based learning offer. We look to design progression routes for people of all abilities and see where there is the potential for continuous learning, employment and career progression.

Our IT offer

Our Learndirect centre and IT training packages provide you with the offer and added value of undertaking your qualification with redwood at a time and speed of your choosing. This provides you with complete flexibility to learn at home or at one of tutor led centres. Many people enjoy coming into our centres because they can get 1-2-1 support and advice as they progress on their course.

Working with your employer

We look to work closely with your employer designing courses and qualifications to meet business need as part of an overall training solution for that organisation. Our philosophy is straightforward: to ensure you and your employer maximise the benefits of learning in the workplace.

Not in work – what should I do?

If you recently left school and are unsure what do next we have a special foundation programme that is personalised to meet to your requirements as a stepping stone into work or further education.

If you want to brush up on your IT skills and improve your employment prospects then come in and see us as we can offer a confidential 1-2-1 session and training offer.

If we do not offer the course you want we will advise and search out for you what is on offer, how you can access the course and where it is available.

I want part-time work - what training can I do?

We have a Learndirect centre where you can book a day and time to suit and two training centres here in west London open five days a week. Many of our courses are free and have no charge.
