Training Co-ordinator – London

 

Training Co-ordinators (3) – London

The Redwood team is expanding in London and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for coaching and assessment to join our team. Responsibilities of a Training Co-ordinator include completing initial assessment, enrolment and induction with learners, facilitating training and 1-2-1 coaching  and completing assessments and reviews with Apprentices and their employer.

We are particularly looking for individuals with supervisory experience and excellent references, who can support Apprentices in one or more of the following subject areas:

  • Business and Administration
  • Customer Service
  • Using IT
  • Retail
  • Sales and telesales
  • Team Leading and Management.

The A1 Assessor Award and a teaching/training qualification are desirable but not essential.
