What is Head to Head Training?

Head to Head Training (HTHT) provides a high quality provision for all individuals and businesses wanting to learn and progress in their careers. HTHT was formed in 1992 and has been providing training and learning from its two centres at Acton in the borough of Ealing and the St. Raphael's area of Brent.

Our mission is to enable individuals to create and develop life opportunities and enhance their employability. A key focus is to offer training, support and qualifications for businesses that wish to improve their activity through developing the skills of their work force.

Head to Head Training trains people using new technologies to develop personal and social skills, literacy, numeracy skills and vocational skills for employment. For example, you can learn computer skills from beginner stages to intermediate NVQ levels.

You have the opportunity to improve your reading, writing and maths skills, Customer Service or Business and Management skills and you will improve your ability to communicate and work with others. These skills are essential for the workplace.

The training offered is adaptable, flexible and can be delivered either at one of our training centres at home or at an agreed venue (depending on the training need). We assist learners from all backgrounds and those with diverse needs. We aim to ensure that different programmes and funding streams work together for the benefit of the learner.

We also offer impartial information and advice usually on a one-to-one basis to individuals, which is centred on interests, education, training or employment needs. Information and Advice sessions help to identify the best learning options and employment opportunities for individuals to take.
